乌龙丹对类风湿关节炎患者血清IL-6、IL-17、VEGF含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察乌龙丹对类风湿关节炎患者血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-17、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)含量的影响,探讨其改善类风湿关节炎炎性反应的机制。方法:将60例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予来氟米特片每次20 mg,每日1次,口服;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合服用乌龙丹每次6 g,每日3次,口服。2组均治疗12周。观察2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后的中医证候积分、疾病活动度(DAS28)评分,ELISA法检测患者血清IL-6、IL-17、VEGF的含量。结果:治疗组显效4例,有效22例,无效4例,总有效率为86.67%;对照组显效2例,有效16例,无效12例,总有效率为60.00%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分、疾病活动度评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低程度优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者血清IL-6、IL-17、VEGF均有明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌龙丹联合来氟米特比单用来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效显著,血清学方面乌龙丹能有效降低类风湿关节炎患者血清中IL-6、IL-17、VEGF含量,这可能是缓解类风湿关节炎炎性反应的机制之一。Objective：To observe the effect of Wulong Dan （ 乌龙丹 ） on the levels of IL-6,IL-17 and VEGF in serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis to explore its mechanism in the improvement of inflammatory reaction of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：Sixty cases of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each group.Every patient in the control group was orally given 20 mg of Leflunomide Tablets each time,once a day, while patients in the control group,based on the treatment for the treatment group,were required to take 6 g of Wulong Dan each,three times a day.Both groups were treated for twelve weeks.Observing their clinical efficacy.The TCM syndrome score and DAS28 of the two groups were compared respectively before and after treatment and the ELISA method was used to detect the levels of IL-6,IL-17 and VEGF.Results：In the treatment group, 4 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were effective,4 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 86.67%,while in the control group,2 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,12 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 60.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） .After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and disease activity score of the two groups decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） ,and the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） .The levels of IL-6,IL-17 and VEGF of the two groups were significantly lower （P 〈 0.05 ） ,and the treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion：Wulong Dan combined with leflunomide has a better curative effect than leflunomide itself in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,Wulong Dan can decrease the levels of IL-6,IL-17 and VEGF, which may be one of the mechanisms of relieving the inflammatory reaction of rheumatoid arthritis.
