补肾壮骨法治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评价补肾壮骨法治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法:计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed等数据库,全面搜集并纳入已公开发表的补肾壮骨法干预糖尿病性骨质疏松症的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时间为建库至2016年12月。由2位评价者独立进行文献筛选、基本资料提取和偏倚风险评估,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入10个RCT,共706例患者。Meta分析结果显示:与常规钙剂治疗相比,补肾壮骨法在提高临床疗效(OR=3.85,95%CI=[2.58,5.75],P<0.000 01)和增加骨密度(1股骨颈:MD=0.19,95%CI=[0.07,0.32],P=0.002;2男性:MD=0.07,95%CI=[0.03,0.11],P=0.000 7;3女性:MD=0.05,95%CI=[0.03,0.08],P<0.000 1)方面存在优势。结论:补肾壮骨法对于提高糖尿病性骨质疏松症临床疗效和增加骨密度有一定意义,临床可将补肾壮骨法作为治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症的一种手段。Objective：To evaluate the effect of tonifying-kidney-to-strengthen-bone method in the treatment of diabetic osteoporosis （ DOP ） .Methods：A retrieval was made in CNKI,VIEWan Fang,PubMed and other databases to collect randomized controlled trials （ RCT ） on the treatment of diabetic osteoporosis with tonifying-kidney-to-strengthen-bone method （ from the establishment of database to Dec.2016 ） .Two reviewers independently screened the literature,extracted the basic data and assessed the risk of bias.RevMan 5.3 software was used to perform Meta-analysis.Results：Ten RCTs were enrolled in the study, with a total of 706 patients.The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the conventional calcium treatment,the therapeutic effect of tonifying-kidney-to-strengthen-bone method had advantages to promote clinical curative effect （ OR = 3.85,95% CI = [ 2.58,5.75 I,P 〈 0.000 01 ） and increase the bone density（ ①Femoral neck：MD = 0.19,95%CI = [ 0.07,0.32 ], P = 0.002;② Male：MD = 0.07,95%CI = E 0.03,0.11 ] ,P = 0.000 7; ③ Female：MD = 0.05,95%CI = 1 0.03,0.08 1, P 〈 0.000 1 ） .Conelusion：Tonifying-kidney-to-strengthen-bone method has a certain significance to improve the clinical curative effect and increase the bone density in the treatment of DOP.
