摘　　要：介绍了一种粉煤灰气力输送直接装船系统,该系统包括粉煤灰的管道密相气力输送、装船量计量、船位自动跟踪和装船头等。粉煤灰从灰库经气力输送管道输送到码头的装船头,气固分离后粉煤灰直接装入船舱,尾气除尘处理使排放达标。这种装船系统全过程密闭,满足环保要求;可不用缓冲仓,优化了系统配置,增加了系统安全性。经实际工程应用,其使用效果达到了预期目标。The paper introduces a pneumatic fly ash conveying and direct loading system,which includes ducted dense-phase pneumatic fly ash conveying,shipment measuring,automatic position tracking,and loading dock. Fly ash in silo is conveyed to the loading dock of the wharf through pneumatic conveying piping and directly put into the cabin after gas-solid separation. And the dust in the exhaust gas is removed to reach the emission standard. The loading system is closed in the whole process,which satisfies environmental requirements. Without surge bin,the system is optimized and more secure. Engineering application indicates that its performance is as expected.
