摘　　要：目的探讨口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的效果观察.方法选取大理大学第一附属医院2014年5月至2015年6月收治的220例行牙种植的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组中110例牙种植中引导骨再生采用海奥口腔修复膜材料,对照组110例患者采用钛膜材料,最后比较观察组和对照组2组的修复成功率以及修复后不良反应发生率.结果观察组修复成功率为92.74%(102/110);对照组修复成功率为73.67%(81/110);观察组的修复成功率明显较对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术1周后观察组患者的植骨密度以及骨厚度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为5.45%,对照组的发生率为12.73%,明显高于观察组患者(P<0.05).结论牙种植引导骨再生过程中应用海奥口腔修复膜,能够极大地提高修复成功率,且具有较好的修复效果,有助于促进骨和植骨的发育成长,同时采用海奥口腔修复膜治疗后不良反应率低,在临床上值得大力推广应用.Objective To study the effect of dental restoration membrane on guiding bone regeneration in dental implants. Methods We selected 220 patients with routine dental implants treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015, and randomly divided them into control group and observation group, 110 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given Hai＇ao dental restoration membrane to guide bone regeneration, and patients in the control group were given titanium membrane. Then we compared the treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The repair success rate was 92.74% （102/110） in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that of the control group[73.67% （81/110） ], and the difference was significant （P〈0.05） . There was a significant difference in the bone graft density and thickness 1 week after operation （P〈0.05） . The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the observation group （6.36% vs 11.8%, P〈0.05） Conclusion The application of Hai＇ao dental restoration membrane in guiding bone regeneration process can greatly improve the success rate, and has a good repair effect, helps to promote bone and implanted bone growth, and has low incidence of adverse reactions after treatment, so it is worthy of popularizing in clinical application.
