摘 要:目的了解个旧市健康汉族人群骨密度变化情况及骨质疏松症的发病率.方法随机抽取2012年10月至2016年6月来昆明医科大学第五附属医院进行体检的健康汉族人员共1 269人(年龄20~80岁),使用双能X线骨密度仪对腰椎及左髋部进行骨密度测量,按性别及年龄段分组,每10岁为一年龄段,一共有12组,并进行基本体征测量以及骨质疏松相关危险因素问卷调查.结果 (1)个旧市男女性峰值骨量均出现在20~29岁年龄段;(2)男女性骨密度丢失率随年龄的增加而增多,女性50~59岁年龄段有一个快速丢失阶段;(3)50岁以上年龄组男性各组的骨质疏松患病率低于女性各组,其中70岁以上组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论个旧市健康汉族人群骨密度随年龄增长而降低,其中50岁后骨密度丢失率和骨质疏松发病率女性高于同年龄组男性.Objective To research the changes healthy Han nationality in Gejiu. Methods A random of bone mineral density and the incidence of osteoporosis of sampling method was used to measure 1269 Han nationality in Gejiu, who received health examination in our hospital from October 2012 to June 2016. The cases were aged 20-80 years. According to age subgroup of 10 years old, We divided people into 12 groups. All enrolled people were given measurement of DEXA data and basic signs, and filled out a questionnaire about related factors of osteoporosis. Results (1) The peak bone mass in male and female appeared in the 20-29 years old grou BMD of male and female decrease along with the increase of age, bone mass in female lose faster appeared p. (2) in 50-59 years old group. (3) The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05), which prevalence rate of OP among Post 50 years old group of male lower compared to female. Conclusions Bone mineral density of healthy Han nationality in Gejiu decreased along with the increase of age. The incidence of bone mineral density volume loss and prevalence of OP of female over 50 years old is obviously higher than the male with the same age group.
