基于专家问卷调查的儿童支气管哮喘慢性持续期中医证候研究

摘　　要：目的总结儿童支气管哮喘慢性持续期中医证型和症候分布规律。方法第1轮专家问卷针对哮喘慢性持续期中医证型、症候等进行调查,采用计算均数、满分比、等级和、变异系数的方法进行相关统计学分析。根据第1轮专家问卷调查结果,针对各证型的症候进行专家意见咨询,采用评分法汇总专家意见,将咳、痰、喘等症候列为主症,其余症候列为次症。结果第1轮专家问卷调查显示,脾虚痰实型和肺虚痰实型的专家意见的集中程度及协调程度较高,肺脾气虚型、痰热内蕴型专家意见的集中程度及协调程度次之,部分症候指标的专家集中程度和协调程度不是很高。经过第2轮专家意见咨询总结出各证型症候的主症、次症。结论经过专家问卷调查和意见咨询,总结出哮喘慢性持续期4个主要证型和症候分布,为临床调查研究奠定了基础。Objective To Summarize TCM syndrome researches on children with chronic persistent bronchial asthma of based on experts＇ questionnaires investigation method. Methods The first round of questionnaires focused on children with chronic persistent bronchial asthma of TCM syndrome types and syndromes to make an investigation,and then statistical analysis was made by calculating mean,percentage,rank and variable coefficient.According to the results,the scoring method was applied to collect experts＇ opinions. And then,classified cough,sputum,asthma as main symptoms,others as secondary symptoms. Results The first round of the experts＇ survey showed that spleen deficiency phlegm and lung deficiency phlegm obtained higher degree of concentration and coordination of experts＇ opinions than lung and spleen deficiency and accumulation of phlegmheat in the interior,and some of syndromes did not get much higher degree of concentration and coordination of experts＇ opinions. Sum up the symptoms of various types of syndromes according to the second round of experts＇ consultation. Conclusion Through the questionnaire survey and consultation of experts,it concluded that four main syndromes and syndromes distribution of chronic persistent asthma,which laid the foundation for the clinical research.
