疏血通注射液联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的研究疏血通注射液联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的效果及安全性。方法选择2014年8月~2016年8月在我院进行诊治的56例冠心病UAP患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各28例。对照组采用疏血通注射液治疗,观察组采用疏血通注射液联合单硝酸异山梨醋注射液治疗。比较两组治疗前后的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)及血肌酐(SCr)水平以及临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的FIB水平显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的ALT及SCr水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏血通注射液联合单硝酸异山梨醋治疗冠心病UAP效果显著,适合推广。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Shuxuetong Injection combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate in the treatment of unstable angina peetoris （UAP） of coronary heart disease （CHD）.Methods 56 patients with UAP of CHD who were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shuxuetong Injection ,the observation group was treated with Shuxuetong Injection combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Injection.The levels of Alanine aminotransferase （ALT）,fibrinogen （FIB） and serum creatinine （SCr） and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%, which was higher than that of the control group （71A3%）,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The level of FIB after treatment in the observation group was lower than that before treatment and in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the level of ALT and SCr after treatment between the observation group and the control group （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Shuxuetong Injection and Isosorbide Mononitrate Injection in the treatment of UAP of CHD is significant,which is worthy of promotion.
