切开复位内固定术治疗踝关节骨折的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察及评估切开复位内固定术治疗踝关节骨折的效果。方法选取2014年6月~2016年6月在本院治疗的84例有移位的踝关节骨折患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各42例。对照组采用传统石膏外固定术治疗,研究组采用切开复位内固定术进行治疗。比较两组治疗后的优良率、踝关节功能恢复情况以及并发症发生情况。结果研究组的优良率为97.62%,显著高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的疼痛、踝关节稳定性、行走能力、跑步能力、工作能力、活动范围、放射学结果评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率为4.76%,显著低于对照组的19.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论切开复位内固定术治疗踝关节骨折患者的效果更为可观,可有效改善患者的踝关节功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of ankle fracture.Methods A total of 84 patients with displaced ankle fractures treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the research group and the control group,42 cases in each group.In the control group,patients with ankle joint fractures were treated with traditional piaster for external fixation.In the research group,open reduction and internal fixation was applied.The excellent and good rate after therapy,ankle function recovery and the occurrence of complications were compared in the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate in the research group was 97.62%,which was higher than that in the control group （83.33%）,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The scores of pain,ankle stability,walking ability,running abillty,work ability,range of motion and radiological results in the research group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complications in the research group was 4.76%,which was lower than that in the control group （19.05%）,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conelusion The effect of open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of ankle fracture is remarkable,which can effectively improve the ankle function of the patients with ankle fractures and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
