舒适护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者生活质量和舒适度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者生活质量和舒适度的影响。方法分析漳州市人民医院2014年3月~2016年4月收治的156例老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的临床资料,依据护理措施不同分为对照组56例和舒适护理组100例。对照组给予一般护理措施,舒适护理组给予舒适护理措施。观察两组患者护理前后生活质量评分和舒适度评价情况。结果两组患者护理前身体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能、总体生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组生活质量评分高于护理前,舒适护理组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组,舒适护理组患者舒适度为98.0%,高于对照组的60.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者应用,可以改善患者生活质量和舒适度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the influence .of comfort care on quality of life（QOL） and degrees of comfort in elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema （COE）.Methods The clinical data of 156 elderly patients with COE admit- ted in Zhangzhou People＇s Hospital from March 2014 to April 2016 were analyzed.According to the different nursing measures,they were divided into control group （n=56） and comfort care group （n=100）.In the control group,common care measures were used,while in the comfort care group,comfortable nursing measures were adopted.The QOL scores and comfort assessment before and after nursing in both groups were observed.Results There were no significant differences in body function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function and overall QOL scores before nursing in two groups （P〉0.05）.After nursing,these indexes were higher than before nursing,the indexes in the comfort care group were all higher than those in the control group after nursing.The comfort was 98.0% in the comfort care group higher than that in the control group accounting for 60.7%,which were all displayed statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of comfort care in elderly patients with COE can improve the QOL and comfortable degrees,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
