摘 要:目前氧含量的检测与控制已成为工业炉窑中的一个研究课题,工业炉窑中烟气氧含量可直接反映炉内燃烧状况.文章研究工业炉窑烟气残氧量在线检测与控制是基于氧化锆固体电解质测氧的原理,以实现最佳燃烧控制为目的.论述了烟气中微颗粒造成的堵塞对氧分析仪检测残氧量产生的影响.检测工业炉窑内烟气中残氧量,进行数值模型处理成空气过剩系数,再转换为相应的空气流量,通过PLC程序对空气阀门进行自动调节,更好地控制空燃比在设定的范围内.The detection and control of the oxygen content has become a significant research topic in industrial furnaces and the oxygen content in flue gas of industrial furnaces can directly reflect the furnace combustion conditions. The on-line de- tection and control of residue oxygen content is studied based on the principle of zirconia solid electrolyte oxygen test in order to achieve the optimal combustion control. The impact of the blockage of oxygen analyzer caused by micro particles in flue gas on the the residual oxygen analysis is discussed, and residual oxygen content in flue gas of an industrial furnace has been analyzed which are used by a numerical model for excess air coefficients which are converted into the air flow corre-spondingly, and then, better control of the air fuel ratio is kept within the set range through the automatic adjustment of the air valve by PLC program.
