摘  要:功角失稳和电压失稳是分析电网特性和决策的重要基础,两者常常交织在一起,难以区分。结合功角稳定及电压稳定的基本原理及模糊集理论,提出了评估系统不同失稳模式、失稳程度的模糊判据。首先构建了一套较为全面的反映系统失稳特征的指标体系,包括发电机、联络线及负荷侧相关特征量;其次采用指派法构造各指标隶属函数并应用序关系分析法计算主观权重,进而求得系统综合模糊函数;然后结合双机小系统案例得到介于0~1之间的模糊判据,对一次失稳状态中的功角失稳程度及电压失稳程度进行模糊评估。Angle instability and voltage instability constitute the important foundation of power network analysis and decision making, and they often interact and connect with each other. To evaluate the degree of instability of different instability modes, this paper presents a fuzzy criterion based on basic theory of system stability and fuzzy theory. Firstly, a set of index system reflecting instability characteristics is built, including the characteristic of generator, line and load. Secondly, the membership function of each index can be obtained by assignment method and the subjective weight can be calculated by rank correlation analysis, then the comprehensive fuzzy function can be established. On this basis, a fuzzy criterion between 0 and 1 is obtained combining the small system case of two generators. The degree of instability of different instability modes can be fuzzily evaluated according to the criterion value size.
