摘 要:采用溶液法制备了呋喃/环氧树脂/胺类固化剂的共混物。采用粘度测试仪、DSC、FT-IR、力学测试仪、SEM对共混体系的加工性、固化反应机理及固化后样品的力学性能及机理进行了研究。研究结果揭示了共混体系的固化反应机理,发现在共混体系中呋喃树脂与部分环氧树脂可以在180℃附近反应,剩余部分环氧树脂需要在更高的温度下才能进一步完全反应。共混体系具有优异的力学性能,且随着共混体系中环氧树脂含量的增多在逐渐升高,其中弯曲强度最高达到113 MPa,弯曲模量最高达到4129 MPa,冲击强度最高达到19.1kJ/m^2。对冲击断口形貌进行观察,发现共混体系浇铸体具有相分离结构是性能优异的主要原因。In this paper, a blend of furan/epoxy/amine blends was prepared by solution method. The proces- sability, curing mechanism and mechanical properties of the cured blend were studied with rotational viscometer, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), scanning electrical machine (SEM) and mechanical test machine. The blends showed excellent processability. The viscosity of blends was low enough to satisfy the special requirements. With increasing the epoxy content in blends, the curing of blends was delaying. It was found that the polymerization reaction of furan and epoxy/amine was occurred at lower temperature ( 180 ℃ ) and then the residual epoxy need higher temperature (280 ℃ ) to cure. The two components had no co-reaction be- tween them. The cured blends showed excellent flexural and impact properties and the properties improved with in- creasing the content of epoxy in blend. For flexural properties, the highest value of flexural strength was 113 MPa, flexural modulus was 4129 MPa. For impact strength, the highest one was 19. 1 kJ/m2. All modified system showed improved mechanical properties compared with the each component. The surface of sample after impact test was ex- amined by SEM and possible improved reason was discussed. It was found that the micro-phase separation structure was showed in blends which may be caused by each component cured at different temperatures, and maybe the main reason for excellent impact properties.
