摘　　要：对肥城硫酸钙型卤水进行连续50 d结垢实验及清洗工艺研究。结果表明,结垢主要集中在高温区(103~119.4℃),所结垢为质地坚硬的无水CaSO_4。用浓度2%的HCl常温下,酸洗10 h,可彻底清除硫酸钙垢,传热系数恢复至结垢前的水平,且清洗过程对设备没有腐蚀。Calcium sulfate type brine of Feicheng is performing scale experiment for 50 d continuously, and the cleaning technology of calcium sulfate was researched. The result showed that scale is generated mainly in high temperature （ 103 - 119.4 ℃ ）, and the scale is hard anhydrous CaSQ. With 2% concen- tration of HCl,at room temperature ,acid pickling for 10 h, calcium sulfate scale can be completely elimi- nated, the heat transfer coefficient of return to scale levels, and the cleaning process has no corrosive to e- quipment.
