摘 要:运用计算机模拟对银行窗口设置进行研究,为银行新建营业网点的窗口设置提供指导,并可以评估现有窗口设置是否合理.针对软件开发的难点问题,本文按照规范化方法进行数据库设计.首先,通过图形表示系统结构,并运用排队论理论构建数学模型;其次,使用实体联系图进行概念结构设计;再次,以逻辑结构设计规则为基础,基于Oracle数据库设计表的逻辑结构;最后,在阐明B树索引结构的基础上,设计了表的B树索引.本文设计的数据库具有思路清晰、结构合理、数据冗余小、存储空间利用率高等优点,为商业银行窗口设置模拟系统开发奠定了基础.Using computer simulation to study windows settings of bank, the study can provide guidance for new bank outlets to set windows and can assess the reasonableness of the existing windows settings. For the difficult problems in software development, the paper conducts database design according to the standardized method. Firstly, the system structure can be represented by a graph and using queuing theory to build a mathematical model ; secondly, using entity - relationship to carry on conceptual structure design ; then, we can regard the design rules of logical structure as the foundation to conduct logical structure based on the design tables in Oracle database ; finally, B - tree index of tables were designed after clarified the B - tree index structure. The database in this paper has the advantages of clear thinking, rational structure, small data redundancy, high utilization rate of storage space and so on, and it lays the foundation for the development of windows settings simulation system of commercial bank.
