摘　　要：煤矿巷道全断面净化防尘水幕传统上采用红外线自动控制开关,由于矿井恶劣环境条件影响,造成开关灵敏度降低,且成本高、寿命短,不易维护,实用、耐久效果差,导致不能在煤矿行业范围内推广;经过研究制作出一种和红外线自动控制防尘喷雾开关具有同样效果的手动双向开关装置,此装置不仅成本低、制作方便,而且损坏率低、维护简单、维护费用低。Infrared automatic control switch was traditionally adopted in purification of dust prevention water curtain in complete section of coal mine roadway. Desensitization of switch was caused by difficult conditions and its promotion was hard to push in coal mining industry on the basis of high cost, short life, unavailable maintenance and poor effect of lasting and utility. After research, manual bilateral switch device which had the same effect of infrared automatic control dust spray switch was made. The device not only had advantages of low cost and convenient making, but also low spoilage, simple maintenance and low maintenance cost.
