摘  要:埕岛油田地处黄河口滩海交界地带,部分海底管道底部周围被冲刷淘空,给管道的安全运行带来严重的安全隐患,是埕岛油田安全生产的潜在威胁。为了解决海底管道运行期在位安全状态实时监测和预警问题,提高埕岛油田海底管道安全可靠性,针对埕岛油田海底管道的服役环境和退化特点,通过系统集成、安装工艺、配套软件的研究,初步形成了基于分布式光纤传感器的埕岛油田海底管道在位状态监测与预警系统,成功实现了对埕岛油田新建海底管道的在位状态的监测和预警;提出了建立海底管道在位状态安全管理的新思路,对提高埕岛油田海底管道的安全具有参考意义。Chengdao Oilfield is located at the boundary of the Yellow River Estuary and the sea. Partial submarine pipelines surfer from scouring and become hanging which leads to serious pipeline safety hazard. It is a potential threat to the safe production of Chengdao Oilfield. In order to real-time monitor the submarine pipeline and provide the early warning for safety operation, Chengdao Oilfield online monitoring and early warning system based on the distributed optic fiber sensor technique is primarily developed by means of researches on system integrity, installation process, matched software, and successfully applied in new built submarine pipeline. The application results demonstrate that the proposed system can provide online monitoring and early warning for the submarine pipelines.
