摘　　要：通过分析轴承套圈失效件的显微组织及硬度,对正常零件进行热处理试验,找到与失效件指标相近的热处理工艺,然后进行故障再现试验,进一步确定该缺陷的产生原因并提出避免措施。Through the analysis of microstructure and hardness of failure bearing ring and the heat treat- ment experiment for normal part, the characteristic index similar to failure parts is found out. Then the failure reappearance test is carried out to confirm further reasons of defects and present prevention meas- ures.
