摘　　要：开卷机是冷轧生产的重要设备,在设计中对其功率和过载的选择上存在一些盲目。对开卷正常工况和急停工况下的力矩、功率进行了全面分析计算,其动态变化规律,与功率图相结合准确选取电机额定功率和过载系数,可以有效提高电机利用率,达到节能降耗的目的。Pay-off reel is an important equipment in the production of cold-rolled, its power and overload often have some blind in the design. In this paper, the uncoiling torque and power are analyzed and calculated under normal working condition and emergency stop condition, and the dynamic rule is described. Combined with the power diagram, the motor power and overload factor can be selected accurately, which can effectively improve the motor uti- lization rate and ahieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
