摘　　要：通过对拦焦车刮板机结构重新设计,并在刮板机体内部增设铸石板,大大减少了刮板机的故障率,延长了设备使用寿命;通过优化刮板机布局,降低了设备能耗和故障点,提高了拦焦车运行效率。Through the redesign of the coke scraping machine structure, and the wear plates were increased in the scraper body inside. The failure rates have been greatly reduced, and the service life of the equipment is pro- longed. By optimizing the layout of the scraper machine, reducing the energy consumption and the failure point of the equipment, and improving the operation efficiency of the coke blocking car.
