清营化瘀颗粒治疗血栓性静脉炎的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨清营化瘀颗粒治疗兔静脉炎的作用机制。方法:建立长春瑞滨致输液性静脉炎的动物模型,分为清营化瘀组(予清营化瘀颗粒灌胃)、通塞脉组(予通塞脉片灌胃)、模型组(予0.9%氯化钠注射液)和空白组,观察4组实验兔实验室指标和病理指标。结果:清营化瘀组在调节凝血功能和降低纤维蛋白原方面均优于通塞脉组(P<0.05~P<0.01)。清营化瘀组与通塞脉组血栓形成,与模型组血栓形成、炎性细胞浸润,与空白组内皮细胞脱落差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:清营化瘀颗粒可能通过修复血管内皮细胞,控制炎症,溶解、机化血栓来治疗浅静脉炎。Objective ：To explore the mechanism of Qing Ying Hua Yu particle in the treatment of phlebitis of rabbit. Methods：The infusion phlebitis rabbit model induced by vinoerbline was established. The animals were divided into the Qing Ying Hua Yu group, Tong Sai Mai group, model group and blank group. The related indicators in 4 groups were observed. Results：The adjusting the coagulation function and reducing the fibrinogen in Qing Ying Hua Yu group were better than those in Tong Sai Mai group（P 〈0.05 to P 〈 0.01 ）. The difference of thrombogenesis between Qing Ying Hua Yu group and Tong Sai Mai group, the difference of inflammatory cell infiltration between Qing Ying Hua Yu group and model group, and the difference of drop of epithelial ceils between Qing Ying Hua Yu group and blank group were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions ： Qing Ying Hua Yu particle can treat the superficial thrombophlebitis by repairing endothelial ceils, controlling inflammation and organizing thrombus.
