妊娠晚期合并急性主动脉夹层产妇心理体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的:深入了解和探索妊娠晚期合并急性主动脉夹层产妇的真实心理体验。方法:采用质性研究的方法,对4例妊娠合并急性主动脉夹层的产妇进行深入访谈,并采用Colaizzi分析法分析资料。结果:通过对访谈内容的分析和归类,妊娠晚期合并夹层产妇心理体验可以概括为4个方面:对自身疾病的担忧;自责与负罪感;经济压力大;社会角色的转变及对社会支持需求迫切。结论:妊娠晚期合并夹层的产妇严重缺乏夹层动脉瘤疾病的相关知识,并且在患病、分娩至手术整个过程中多种负性心理体验并存,亟待医务人员提供有效的支持与干预,以协助其快速、安全渡过特殊时期。Objective：To investigate the real psychological experience in puerperas with late pregnancy complicated with acute aortic dissection. Methods：Four puerperas with late pregnancy complicated with acute aortic dissection were interviewed using qualitative research, the data of which was analyzed by Colaizzi method. Results：The worrying about disease, self-accusation and guilt, financial depress, and social role change and requirement for social support were the psychological experiences of the puerpera with late pregnancy complicated with acute aortic dissection according to the analysis and classification of the interview. Conclusions：The puerpera with late pregnancy complicated with acute aortic dissection lacks of the relevant knowledge of dissecting aneurysm disease, and has multiple negative psychological experience during the course of ill, delivery and operation. The medical staff can provide the effective support and intervent to help the patients safely pass the special time.
