电视胸腔镜下胸腺肿瘤切除术与传统手术的临床比较

摘　　要：目的探讨切除胸腺肿瘤过程中选择电视胸腔镜和传统手术的效果差异。方法选择88例胸腺肿瘤患者,对比组选择传统开腹手术治疗;研究组选择电视胸腔镜手术治疗。结果研究组患者手术时间为(56.32±5.21)min,低于对比组(72.09±7.32)min;研究组住院时间为(3.83±0.72)d,低于对比组(10.29±2.05)d,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用电视胸腔镜下手术可有效缩短胸腺肿瘤患者的恢复时间。Objective To investigate the effect of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery（VATS） in the resection of thymic tumors.Methods 88 patients with thymic tumor were selected.The patients in the comparison group were treated with traditional open surgery.Results The patients in the study group,operation time was（56.32±5.21） min,significantly lower than the contrast group（72.09±7.32） min;study group hospitalization time was（3.83±0.72）d,significantly lower than the contrast group（10.29±2.05） d,with statistically significant differences between the two groups of data（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Video assisted thoracoscopic surgery can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients with thymic tumor.
