探究0.03%他克莫司软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗儿童特应性皮炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨0.03%他克莫司软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗儿童特应性皮炎的临床效果。方法抽取72例特应性皮炎患儿作样本人群,随机分组,治疗组(n=36)应用0.03%他克莫司软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗,对照组(n=36)单纯使用地奈德乳膏治疗,对比两组患儿疗效。结果治疗组起效时间是(3.1±1.4)d,治疗有效率是97.2%;对照组起效时间是(6.7±1.9)d,治疗有效率是83.3%;两组对比差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 0.03%他克莫司软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗儿童特应性皮炎的临床效果肯定,起效快,可借鉴。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 0.03% tacrolimus ointment combined with nedic cream in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children. Methods 72 patients with atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group（n =36） was treated with 0.03% tacrolimus ointment combined with nedic cream and the control group（n = 3 6） dietide cream treatment, compared the efficacy of the two groups of children. Results The effective time was（3.1±1.4） d in the treatment group and 97.2% in the control group. The effective time was（6.7±1.9） days in the control group and 83.3% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups,（All P〈0.05）. Conclusion 0.03% tacrolimus ointment combined with nedic cream in the treatment of children with atopic dermatitis clinical effect is sure, quick onset, can learn from.
