药剂人员对患者服药方法指导的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析药剂科工作人员对门诊就医患者取药时进行服药指导工作所取得的临床效果。方法根据随机性原则选取来内蒙古包钢医院门诊就医且到门诊药房取药的患者258例,根据药剂科发药工作人员是否给予患者服药指导工作将所选患者平均分为对照组与试验组,对照组患者只按照所领药物的使用说明来进行用药,而试验组再对照组的基础上给予相应的服药指导,对比两组患者服药后的临床效果。结果比较两组患者的服药依从性、治疗有效率及患者总体满意度可知试验组高于对照组,每组数据对比差异均有统计意义,P<0.05;对比两组患者的不良反应发生率,对照组高于试验组,对比数据有统计意义,P<0.05。结论药剂科工作人员对门诊就医取药患者进行恰当的服药指导可以有效规范患者的用药,提高患者的用药依从性、疾病的治疗有效率及患者的满意度,且可降低药物不良反应的发生率。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the staff of the pharmacy branch on the medication of the outpatient medical patients.Methods According to the principle of random selection of inner mongolia baotou hospital outpatient service seeing a doctor to get medicine outpatient pharmacy of 258 cases of patients, according to the dispensing pharmacy staff will give patients medication guidance selected patients divided into control group and experimental group, control group patients according to the instructions on the use of the drugs led by only for drug use, and the control group and test group give corresponding medication guidance, on the basis of comparing the clinical effect of two groups of patients after taking medicine. Results Compared two groups of patients with medication has been known from patients with sex, treatment effectiveness and overall satisfaction group is significantly higher than contrast, comparision of the data of each group were statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Compared to two groups of patients the incidence of adverse reactions but the control group were significantly higher than the experimental group, compared the data statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The staff of the pharmacy branch will be able to effectively regulate the medication of the patients, improve the compliance of the patients, the treatment efficiency of the disease and the satisfaction of the patients, and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
