摘　　要：目的浅析自体髂骨植骨治疗股骨干骨不连的临床护理方法。方法分析20例采用自体髂骨植骨治疗股骨干骨不连的患者的临床护理方法,分析临床护理要点。结果经过积极临床护理后,18例患者术后3~7个月痊愈,2例出现胫骨不连,再次手术后7个月均痊愈。结论采用心理护理等综合的临床护理方式干预自体髂骨植骨治疗股骨干骨不连的患者,可获得满意的临床效果。Objective Analysis of autologous iliac bone graft in the treatment of femoral shaft nonunion clinical nursing methods. Methods 20 cases of autologous iliac bone grafting in the treatment of femoral nonunion in patients with clinical nursing methods, analysis of clinical nursing points. Results After active clinical care, 18 patients were cured 3 to 7 months after operation, 2 cases of tibial nonunion, 7 months after surgery were cured. Conclusion The use of psychological care and other comprehensive clinical care intervention in the treatment of autologous iliac bone graft treatment of patients with femoral shaft nonunion, which can obtain satisfactory clinical results, worthy of clinical use.
