摘　　要：探究社区卫生管理与服务改革所面临的问题,经分析后可知应将现代卫生管理和第三级社区卫生服务网络进行完善,从而将双向转诊制度以及公共卫生服务予以完善,满足居民所提出的健康需求。To explore the problems of community health management and service reform. After analysis, the modern health management and the third level community health service network should be improved, so as to improve the two-way referral system and public health services to meet the health needs of residents.
