固定架治疗创伤骨科患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨外固定架治疗创伤骨科患者的临床效果。方法择取我院2015年2月—2016年2月骨科收治的68例踝关节骨折患者为例,随机将其分为两组,每组34例。对照组患者接受内固定治疗,观察组患者接受外固定架治疗。观察两组患者手术各项指标,包括手术时间、出血量、住院时间等指标,同时,随访半年,观察两组患者骨创伤愈合率。结果观察组患者手术各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访半年,观察组患者骨创伤愈合优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于切开复位内固定,外固定架治疗骨创伤操作方便、简单,对患者造成的损伤较小,且效果好,患者骨创伤情况较好。Objective To probe into the clinical effects of external fixator in the treatment of trauma of Department of orthopedics. Methods 68 cases of patients with ankle fracture and who accepted treatments in our hospital in department of orthopedics from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the example, and were randomly divided into two groups, with 34 cases in each group. In the control group were received internal fixation, while in the observation group were treated with external fixator. Then, the operation index of two groups of patients were observed, including operation time, blood loss, hospitalization time and other indicators. At the same time, after six months of fnllow-up, the bone wound healing rate of two groups of patients were observed. Results The operation indexes of patients in observation group were significantly different from those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After six months of follow-up, the healing rate of bone healing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with open reduction and internal fixation, the external fixator fnr the treatment of bone trauma is easy to operate, simple, less damage to patients, and the effect is good, the situation of patients with bone injury is good.
