探讨分级综合保守疗法治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的对椎间盘源性下腰痛患者接受分级综合保守治疗的效果进行探讨分析,给这类患者的临床治疗提供经验参考。方法根据2011年3月—2012年9月我院的121例椎间盘源性下腰痛患者进行研究分析,为患者提供分级综合保守治疗,对临床治疗效果进行观察分析。结果 121例患者中共有102例患者在接受了分级综合保守治疗后症状显著改善,16例患者的症状有了部分改善,有2例患者的主要症状无改善,1例患者的主要症状更加严重。结论椎间盘源性下腰疼痛患者临床中选择分级综合保守治疗的效果比较好,患者的临床各类症状均能够得到比较大的改善,患者疼痛缓解明显,活动能力有很大的提升。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive conservative treatment for patients with low back pain caused by intervertebral disc, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods According to the data of 121 cases of lumbar disc low back pain in our hospital from March 2011 to September 2012, the patients were divided into two groups. Results Among the 121 patients, 102 patients underwent a significant improvement in the grade of comprehensive conservative treatment of symptoms, symptoms of 16 patients had improved, with the main symptom of 2 patients had no improvement, the main symptoms of 1 patients were more serious. Conclusion The discogenic low back pain patients in the choice of classification comprehensive conservative treatment effect is good, with all kinds of clinical symptoms were able to get bigger improvement, with significant pain relief activities, ability can be improved greatly.
