复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗皮炎类皮肤病的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗皮炎类皮肤病的疗效。方法随机将100例皮炎类皮肤病患者分成单药组与联合组,各50例,单药组单用复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏治疗,联合组联合应用复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏与复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果联合组的总有效率(98.0%)高于单药组(84.0%),起效时间与痊愈时间均短于单药组,对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患者的不良反应发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗皮炎类皮肤病的疗效满意,具有起效快。Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection in the treatment of dermatitis. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into dermatitis monotherapy group and combined group, of 50 cases in each group.The single drug treatment group with Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream, combined group used Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream and Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection for combined treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the combination group （98.0%） was significantly higher than that of single drug group （84.0%）, the onset time and recovery time were significantly shorter than .the single drug group, the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared, the difference was not significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Compound Glyeyrrhizin Injection in the treatment of dermatitis is satisfactory. It has the advantages of quick onset and low incidence of adverse reactions.
