摘 要:目的研究分析颈椎椎间盘退变中的椎体终板炎的低场MRI表现,为临床诊断提供参考,提升诊断准确率,减少误诊和漏诊率。方法选取2009年5月—2013年5月我院312例颈椎间盘退变患者,均接受MRI扫描,对其中137例颈椎终板炎的MRI表现和形态情况进行分析研究。结果全部患者中有116例有不同程度的信号异常变化,有335个颈椎椎体终板受到影响,有119个终板的T1WI、T2WI上呈长T1、长T2信号,有195个终板的骨髓在T1WI、T2WI上均呈高信号,21个终板的骨髓在T1WI、T2WI上均呈低信号,信号形态有斑片状、三角形、窄带样。结论颈椎间盘退变终板炎通过MRI诊断能够获得明确的信号,对形态变化进行了解,为临床治疗提供了可靠的依据。Objective To study the low field MRI findings of vertebral endplate inflammation in the treatment of cervical intervertebral disc degeneration, to provide reference for clinical diagnosis, to improve the diagnostic accuracy and to reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Methods 312 patients with cervical disc degeneration were selected from May 2009 to May 2013 in our hospital. All patients underwent MRI scanning. The MRI findings and morphological characteristics of the cervical endplate in the patients with were analyzed. Results There were 116 patients with abnormal changes in all the patients, 335 cervical vertebral endplates were affected, there were 119 T1WI and T2WI of the endplate was long T1 and long T2 signal, there were 195 endplate bone marrow showed high signal in T1WI, T2WI, 21 the endplate bone marrow showed low signal in T1WI, T2WI, the signal shape patchy, triangular, narrow band. Conclusion The diagnosis of cervical disc degeneration can be obtained by MRI, which can provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
