人文关怀理念在慢性心力衰竭患者护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀理念应用于慢性心力衰竭患者中的临床意义。方法将我院2015年4月—2016年10月的78例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,分为对照组与观察组各39例。对照组实施常规护理,在此基础上,予以观察组人文关怀护理。观察两组护理结果。结果观察组护理总满意度为97.44%,高于对照组;护理后,观察组生活质量评分为(82.85±3.69)分,抑郁、焦虑评分分别为(27.88±3.27)分、(28.91±3.44)分,均明显优于对照组。结论人文关怀理念更适合应用于慢性心力衰竭患者护理中。Objective To explore the clinical significance of humanistic care concept in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 78 patients with chronic heart failure from April 2015 to October 2016 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into control group （n=39） and observation group （n=39）. The control group to implement routine care, on this basis, observation group used humanism care. To observe two groups of nursing results. Results The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.44%, which was higher than that of the control group. After nursing, the quality of life of the observation group was （82.85±3.69）, the depression and anxiety scores were （27.88±3.27） and （28.91±3.44）, were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The concept of humanistic care is more suitable for nursing patients with chronic heart failure.
