我国城市社区体育服务供给现状——以长沙市岳麓区六个社区为例

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查等方式,以长沙市岳麓区6个社区为例对我国城市社区体育服务供给现状进行分析。研究发现,城市社区体育服务供给主体呈现单一化现象;社区体育服务有效供给不足与供需错位。建议将供给模式由政府供给模式逐渐向政府、市场、和社会多中心承担的供给模式转变,增加有效供给;加强对社区体育服务设施的供给与维修,保障社区居民健身的安全性;体育服务供给项目向多样化转变,将有效促进社区居民参与社区体育服务,提高社区居民生活幸福指数。By using literature and questionnaire survey, this paper aimed to analyse the present situation of urban community sports service supply in China which took 6 communities in Changsha as example. The study found that the main body of the urban community sports service presented a single phenomenon and it has inadequate supply and dislocation of supply and demand. It suggests that the supply mode, needs be changed from the supply by the government gradually to the supply by government, market, society and multi center commitment which increases the effective supply. Moreover, strengthening the supply and maintenance of community sports facilities to ensure the, security of community residents. Diversification of sports service supply could effectively promote community residents to participate in community sports service which can improve residents＂ happiness index.
