摘 要:为明确新开发烟叶生产区云南省德宏州烟草黑胫病菌对烯酰吗啉的敏感性现状,从德宏州13个县市采集68株烟草黑胫病菌株,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了烟草黑胫病菌株对烯酰吗啉的敏感性和抗药水平。结果表明,烯酰吗啉抑制烟草黑胫病菌菌丝生长的EC_(50)范围为0.462 8~2.575 2μg/m L,平均EC_(50)为1.388 1μg/m L,属于中抗水平。统计分析表明,烟草黑胫病菌68个菌株菌丝生长对烯酰吗啉的敏感性符合正态分布,最不敏感菌株的EC_(50)值为最敏感菌株的5.56倍。烯酰吗啉对德宏州烟草黑胫病仍有较高活性,但应与其他杀菌剂进行合理的轮换使用。In order to clarify status quo of the sensitivity of tobacco black shank fungi to enoylmorpholine in the newly developed tobacco production area in Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province, the susceptibility was studied. 68 strains of tobacco black shank were collected from 13 counties and cities of Dehong. The sensitivity and resistance level of the tobacco black shank strains to the alkenoylmorpholine were determined by the rate method. The results showed that the EC50 of mycelia growth was 0.462 8-2.575 2 μg/mL, and the average EC50 was 1.388 1 μg/mL, which belonged to the middle resistance level. The results also showed that the sensitivity of 68 mycelial growth to myoylmorpholine was in accordance with the normal distribution. EC50 of the least sensitive strains were 5.56 times of the most sensitive ones. Deacylmorpholine was still highly active to tobacco black shank in Dehong, but should be used with other fungicides for reasonable rotation.
