摘　　要：在了解水稻细菌性条斑病的危害症状、发生规律、发生影响因素等病害生物学特点的基础上,研究了水稻细菌性条斑病防控技术规程的适用范围、防治原则、防治目标、防治适期、病情监测、预测方法及综合防控技术,阐明了综合防控技术规程的具体细则和技术指标,为水稻细菌性条斑病防治规范化、标准化和绿色防控提供科学依据。Based on understanding of the symptoms and harm of rice bacterial leaf streak occurrence and influencing factors of the occurrence of diseases such as biological characteristics, rice bacterial leaf streak disease prevention and control technology for research scope, control principle, control objectives, control time, pest monitoring and forecasting method and integrated control technology, expounded specific details for comprehensive prevention and control technology and technical indicators, and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of bacterial leaf streak of rice standardization and green control.
