摘 要:基于大量卧加精度检测报告和产品市场调研数据,在已有数学模型基础上,结合材料、加工工艺和装配工艺,对数控转台的液压锁紧机构、背隙调整机构、工作台松开/夹紧机构等部件进行优化设计.此外设计了可靠液压回路和电气回路,保证了转台精度,满足扭矩大和反应快速的要求.实验中对转台各部件进行工艺装配与精度检测,定位精度和重复定位精度均优于当前转台,精度平均值提高1倍以上,同时完善了转台标准化、模块化的需求.A large number of horizontal machining precision detection report and product data based on market research, based on the existing mathematical model, combined with the materials, processing and as- sembly process, the optimization design of the hydraulic NC rotary locking mechanism, backlash adjustment mechanism and a worktable clamping mechanism and other components / release. The process of assembling and precision testing turntable compo- nents experiment, accuracy and repeatability of positioning accuracy are better than the current table, aver- age value increased more than 1 times, at the same time improve the turntable standardization and modular- ization demand.
