老年人采纳社区居家养老服务平台的影响因素研究

摘　　要：随着老年人数量的日益增多,老年人的养老和照料问题日益成为人们关注的热门话题,在此背景下,虚拟养老院等融合了现在信息技术的社区居家养老服务平台开始蓬勃兴起,在我国的很多省市得到了应用和推广,然而老年人对社区居家养老服务平台究竟持何种态度呢?为了解老年人对社区居家养老服务平台的采纳意愿及其影响因素,我们设计了调查问卷,对山东省济南市387位老人进行了调查走访,剔除无效问卷和年龄在60岁以下老人的问卷,我们最终得到了286份有效问卷。运用描述性统计的方法,本文刻画出了愿意采纳社区居家养老服务平台的老年人角色模型;运用向前条件Logistic回归的方法,发现网络使用经验、服务的安全性、了解虚拟养老院三个因素对老年人的电话订购意愿发挥着重要的影响;文化程度、网络使用经验、服务的安全性三个因素对老年人上网订购意愿发挥着重要的影响。针对这些发现,本文给出了相应的对策和建议,希望对社区居家养老服务平台的搭建和运营有一定的借鉴和指导作用。With the increasing number of older people,the problem of elderly care has increasingly become a hot topic of concern. In this context, the community home care services platforms which integrated information technology with home care services have booming rise and been applied in many provinces of our country. However, what was the elderly＇ s attitude to community home care services platforms？ In order to understand adoption intention and influencing factors of the elderly, we designed the questionnair and surveyed 387 old people of jinan city, shandong province. Eliminate invalid questionnaires and under the age of 60, we finally got 286 valid questionnaires. Through descriptive statistics ,this paper characterized the personas of old people who willing to adopt community home care services platforms. Then, using the forward-conditional Logistic regression,we found that experience of internet ,security services and understanding of virtual nursing home play important influence on intention of telephone ordering; education,experience services play important impaction on intention of online ordering.According to these findings, adviced of internet and security some suggestions been adviced.
