摘　　要：针对5G技术发展带来的微小区、微微小区等越来越多的情况,为了提高这些无线通信用户密集地区的频谱效率,根据多级软频率复用(Multilevel Soft Frequency,ML-SFR)的思路,利用功率控制的方法结合动态频谱接入技术中的非授权用户对授权用户的避让策略,设计了一种动态频谱复用方案,定义了功率控制参数k,并采用仿真实验的方法研究了k与信噪比以及频谱效率的关系.With the development of 5G technology, there would be more and more micro cell. To improve the spectrum efficiency of the dense region of wireless users, based on multilevel soft frequency reuse （ML-SFR） , the power control and avoidance strategy of non authorized users to authorized user of dynamic spectrum access （DSA） technique were used to design a dynamic spectrum reuse scheme. And a power control parameter K was defined, and the simulation experiments were performed to analyze the relationship among k and signal to noise ratio and spectrum efficiency.
