摘　　要：文中立足第三方环境监测机构发展现状,客观分析了其运行过程中的利弊及面临的困难,从政府监管的角度,对如何利用政府职能,引导整个行业良性发展,充分发挥第三方环境监测机构在环境监测事业中的补充作用,提出了切实可行的措施。The advantages and disadvantages of the third party environmental monitoring were objectively analyzed by this assignment.Which is applied in practical situations based on the developmental situation of the third party environmental inspection.In addition,this assignment will also show the difficulties when the third party environmental monitoring is applied in the current situations.Moreover,this assignment will propose some suggestions how to apply the duty of government,which leads to a positive development of the whole industry.
