摘　　要：介绍了和谐型机车撒沙系统的撒沙原理、机构特点,结合哈密机务段的现场应用情况,进行了调研分析,判断其故障原因以及影响该系统撒沙效果的其他外界因素,并对该撒沙系统提出几点改进意见,旨在改良其撒沙效果,使运用机车的撒沙系统问题得到有效地解决。This paper introduces the HX locomotive sanding system and its principle, characteristics of sand bodies, combined with field application in Hami locomotive depot, through the investigation and analysis, finding out the fault reasons and effects of the system and the effect of sand and other external factors, then give improvement methods to the sand system, the purpose is to improve its spray effect of sand. Finally, the failure of sanding system is solved efficiently.
