摘 要:采用熔喷法制备的丙纶非织造布为基体,与丙烯酸单体发生悬浮接枝反应,然后利用接枝后的丙纶非织造布试样与Fe(Ⅲ)离子发生配位反应,同时研究了接枝改性前后丙纶非织造布的亲水性能.采用电感耦合等离子体光谱仪研究了接枝前后的丙纶对金属离子吸附的能力.结果表明,在无氧环境下,丙烯酸单体与熔喷丙纶非织造布发生悬浮接枝反应,接枝改性后的丙纶非织造布亲水性能得到较大的改善,同时对Fe(Ⅲ)离子具有良好的吸附能力.The melt blown polypropylene nonwovens were prepared and used as matrix for suspension grafting reaction with acrylic acid,then the Fe(Ⅲ)ions were chelated to the surface of the modified polypropylene nonwoven fabrics.Mean while,the hydrophilicity of the polypropylene non-woven fabrics was studied.The capacity of the grafted polypropylene adsorbed metal ions was measured by inductively coupled plasma spectrometer.The results showed that the acrylic acid monomers were grafted to the surface of the meltblown polypropylene nonwovens by suspension grafting reaction,and the hydrophilic of the modified polypropylene nonwovens was greatly improved;furthermore,the material has a significant capacity for Fe(Ⅲ)ions adsorption.
