两种不同药液用于婴幼儿唇裂术后切口护理的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨婴幼儿唇裂手术后切口护理时用0.9%生理盐水与75%酒精效果。方法单侧唇裂修复术97例,随机分为两组,观察组52例,采用0.9%生理盐水清洗唇裂切口,对照组45例,采用75%酒精消毒唇裂切口。观察两组患儿切口甲级愈合率、患儿啼哭持续时间、疼痛评分、切口愈合时间等。应用SPSS13.0软件,所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和X^2检验。结果两组疼痛评分、啼哭持续时间、愈合时间比较,P均<0.0005。观察组甲级愈合50例,乙级愈合2例;对照组甲级愈合43例,乙级愈合2例。两组切口甲级愈合率比较,P>0.05。结论应用0.9%生理盐水护理唇裂切口效果优于75%酒精,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the nursing infant cleft lip surgery incision in 0.9% saline and 75% alcohol.Methods 97 cases of unilateral cleft lip repair, randomly divided into two groups, observation group 52 cases, 0.9% saline cleaning cleft lip incision, the control group 45 cases, using 75% alcohol disinfection cleft palate incisions. Observe two groups of children with class a healing rate of incision, children crying duration, pain score, incision healing time and so on. By using SPSS13.0 software, the obtained data was analyzed of variance, t test and χ2test. Results Two groups of pain score, crying duration, healing time comparison,P〈0.0005. Group b healing 50 cases, a healing in 2 cases. Control group b healing 43 cases, a healing in 2 cases. Class a healing of incision rate in both groups, P〉0.05. Conclusion The application of 0.9% saline nursing effect of cleft lip incision is better than the 75% alcohol, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
