摘 要:针对某车型汽车侧裙板,完成了一项免涂装材料的汽车零件注塑试制。介绍了免涂装材料的特点及其对制品结构设计、注塑模具设计及制造、注塑成型工艺的要求。通过Moldflow分析,验证了注塑成型的可行性,完成了样品试制并与传统喷涂裙板进行外观和尺寸的对比以及成本与效益的评估。对比分析表明:免涂装裙板色泽稍暗于涂装裙板,尺寸满足装配要求;免涂装裙板可大幅度降低成本,降低幅度约22元/辆,且简化了成型工艺;VOC(挥发性有机化合物)排放由原来的35g/m^2降低到5g/m^2,具有减少环境污染的社会效益。The injection molding of an automobile part using non-spraying compound plastic was performed based on an automobile apron board. The characteristics of non-spraying compound plastic and the requirements for its structure design, mould design and processing, processing parameter were illustrated. Numerical simulation of injection molding was performed with Moldflow software to verify the feasibility of manufacturing. Then automobile apron boards using non-spraying compound plastic were trial-produced and compared with traditional parts by appearance and dimension. The results showed that the luster of automobile apron boards using non-spraying compound plastic is a little lower than traditional one, its dimensions meet the as- sembly requirements, reduce production cost by 22 yuan/automobile and decrease the discharge of VOC(volatile organic compounds) from 35 g/m^2 to 5 g/m^2 with the social benefits of reducing environmental pollution.
