摘　　要：产业转型是林区实现全面转型的主体任务和重要支撑。因此只有积极发展新型替代产业,拓宽就业渠道,增加职工群众的收入,才能够真正实现不砍树也能富的目标,也才能够解决富余职工转岗分流带来的巨大压力。Industrial transformation is the main task and important support for the comprehensive transformation of forest region. Thus, Only the positive development of alternative industries, the employment of the channels were broadened and the income was increased in order to achieve the goal. To solve the redundant workers, enormous pressure brought by reorientation diversion was made.
