不同种源黄芪光合特性研究

摘  要:以14个种源黄芪1年生苗为材料,采用TPS-2型便携式光合仪测定其光合特性,对其指标数值进行比较以及主成分和聚类分析,旨在筛选出黄芪综合性状优质种源.研究结果表明:不同种源间黄芪各光合指标均存在显著差异,净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用率、气孔导度和胞间CO_2浓度变化范围分别为2.68~12.68μmol·s^(-1)·m^(-2)、1.85~4.46 mmol·s^(-1)·m^(-2)、0.85~5.06μmol·mmol^(-1)、165.33~550.33μmmol·s^(-1)·m^(-2)和319.00~371.00μmol·mol^(-1);采用主成分分析表明,将黄芪光合性状简化为2个主成分,累计贡献率为94.36%;其聚类分析结果表明,将14份不同种源黄芪分为5个大类.The aim is to study photosynthetic characteristics of different provenances of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge. and provide the theoretical basis for provenance selection. With 14 provenances 1-year-old A. membranaceus seedlings as tested materials by using the TPS-2 to study the photosynthetic characteristic variation of different provenances,and compared all index values as well as principal component analysis and cluster analysis were applied in data analysis, designed to filter out high-quality provenance of A. membranaceus. The results indicated that various photosynthetic indexes of different provenances of A. membranaceus have significant differences, the range of net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and water use efficiency and stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration respectively 2.68 ~12.68, 1.85 ~ 4.46, 0.85 ~ 5.06, 165.33 ~ 550.33 and 319.00 ~ 371.00. The findings of principal components analysis showed that the photosynthetic characteristics of A. membranaeeuswere simplified into two principal components (over 94.36% contribution). The results of the cluster analysis indicated that 14 kinds of different provenances of A. membranaceus could be classified into 5 clusters.
