摘　　要：文章对甘肃特色文化与文化强省两个概念的内涵与逻辑、内容与特点分别进行了较为系统地梳理、研究,从而得出前者对后者具有支撑性、后者对前者具有反哺性作用的结论,并在对两者之间相互作用的有限性进行论证的基础上,提出六点对策建议。In this paper,we performed a systematic research on the two concepts of characteristics culture of Gansu and Strategy of Cultural Powerful Province,from the connotation and logic;content and characteristics, respectively. The results suggested that the former supported the latter,whereas the latter also have a feedback effect on the characteristics culture of Gansu. Furthermore, we put forwarded six strategies and suggestions based on analyzing the limitation of their interaction.
