摘 要:为应对当前胶价低、胶工短缺的橡胶生产现状,在海南天然橡胶产业集团股份有限公司7个分公司的老龄胶树上开展了气刺割胶试验示范。结果表明:对老龄树采用气刺割胶技术扩大了岗位承割株数,减少了胶工需求,胶工人均产量和收入相应提高,但在示范中还存在技术不到位、管理存在漏洞等现象,需要进一步加强技术培训及监督,并探索制定针对气刺割胶的新型生产管理模式,促进气刺割胶技术在老龄胶树上的推广应用。Experiment and dem onstration of micro-tapping with gas stimulation were carried out in old rubber plantations in 7 companies of Hainan Rubber Industry Group to solve the labor shortage due to the recent low rubber price.The results showed that this tapping system increased number of task trees,reduced labor of tapping,and enhanced rubber production per tapper and their income.However,there were also numerous problems such as inadequate use of this system,non-strict management,etc.It is necessary to improve the technical training and supervision of this system,and production management to facilitate the application of micro-tapping technology in the old rubber trees.
