摘 要:为了分析炭质页岩的水力压裂过程,采用天然页岩岩块,制作了边长为30cm的立方体试样,并采用实验室大型试验设备,设置两种不同的割缝注射方向,对试样进行了水力压裂模拟试验。对比分析试样的破坏形态,可以看出割缝注射方向对裂缝的发育有重要影响;水力压裂的极限强度与裂纹和层面之间的夹角有一定的关系,当裂纹方向接近层面时,对应的水力压裂强度较小。结合水力压裂的水压曲线,阐述了裂纹发育和压裂液压力之间的关系。声发射监测炭质页岩的水力压裂存在一定的不足,需要进一步提高探测精度。页岩水力压裂还有很多影响因素,需要开展更多的模拟试验进行研究。For analyzing the carbonaceous shale hydrofracture process, native shale rock has been made into cube samples of 30cm side length. By using of laboratory equipment samples with two kinds of fracturing fluid slits have been carried out hydrofracture tests. Failure mode has been compared with each other and fracturing fluid slits have great influences on the cracks development. The limit strength for shale hydrofracture has a correlation with the angle between crack and rock level. When the angle is smaller, the limit strength may be lower. Combined with the hydraulic pressure curve the relation between crack and hydraulic pressure has been expounded. Acoustic emission for carbonaceous shale hydrofracture has certain deficiency and the accuracy of detection has needed improved. More simulation analysis should be conducted for more factors' influences.
