摘 要:通过计算机辅助工程(CAE)技术分析了某汽车门把手的气体辅助注塑模具试模时的气体穿透偏心、掏空不足及表面缺陷等问题,发现了问题产生的根源。对模具的注气位置、浇口位置和溢料口位置做了相应的调整,消除了气体穿透偏心及表面缺陷问题。并采用CAE技术对其成型工艺参数,包括熔体注射量、注气压力、注气延迟时间和模温、料温进行优化,实现了良好的气体穿透效果。Eccentric penetration,inadequate empty,and surface defects were found in a car door handle produced by agas-assisted injection mold during the tooling test.CAE technology was adopted to discover the causes of these problems.The adjustment of gate location,gas injection location and overflow port location were adjusted,which could effectively eliminate the eccentric gas penetration and surface defect.CAE technology was also used to optimize the processing parameters including the shot size of the melt,gas pressure,gas-injection delay time,mold temperature and melt temperature.As a result,agood gas penetration was achieved.This study confirmed that the CAE technology was a necessary means that can ensure a reasonable design for the gas-assisted injection mold as well as optimizes the processing parameters.
