摘 要:研究冲击载荷作用下TBM刀盘的振动特性。在已有TBM刀盘系统耦合动力学模型的基础上,运用直接导数法推导动态响应灵敏度的表达式,建立适用于TBM刀盘强迫振动响应的灵敏度分析方法。以辽西北引水工程项目的刀盘系统参数为例,采用协同数值求解方法计算刀盘振动响应及其灵敏度,并分析刀盘质量分布对响应的影响。研究结果表明:刀盘振动响应对分体质量的灵敏度最大,且各方向灵敏度均不为0,说明质量参数的变化会影响刀盘各方向振动,而刀盘支撑刚度仅影响其相关联的振动,刀盘轴向振动响应对轴向支撑刚度的灵敏度约为倾覆方向的2倍;刀盘分体质量分数控制在13%~14%区间时,结构振动最小。The vibration characteristics of TBM cutterhead under the impact loads were studied. The expression of dynamic response sensitivity was deduced by the direct derivative method, and a method of sensitivity analysis which is suitable for forced vibration response of TBM cutterhead was established, based on the coupling dynamics model of TBM cutterhead system. Taking a hard rock TBM cutterhead system of a water tunnel project in northwest Liaoning Province as an application instance, the vibration responses and sensitivities of cutterhead were calculated by a collaborative numerical method, and the influences of cutterhead mass distribution on responses were analyzed. The results show that the vibration response sensibility to the mass of cutterhead piece is maximum, and the none of value in each direction is equal to 0, which shows that the mass parameter variation can affect the cutterhead vibrations of each direction. Moreover, the support stiffness of cutterhead only affects the associated vibration, and the axial vibration response sensibility to the axial support stiffness is about 2 times of that in overturning direction. Furthermore, the cutterhead vibration is minimum when the mass fraction of cutterhead piece is controlled in the range of 13%-14%.
