摘 要:网络营销是一种新型市场营销方式。中国-东盟博览会永久落户南宁,给广西中小企业与东盟国家之间的网络营销的发展带来了重大机遇和挑战。广西中小企业与东盟国家网络营销主要存在缺乏相关立法、网络营销执法水平低下、营销人员法制意识淡漠和法治化人才缺乏等问题。上述问题可以从网络营销立法、网络营销执法、网络营销守法和加强专业人才培养四个视角提出相关措施,以期为广西中小企业与东盟国家的网络营销法治化实现路径提供参考。The network marketing is a new way of marketing. Nanning has been the permanent venue for China-ASEAN Expo, which has brought unprecedented opportunities to the development of network marketing between small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangxi and ASEAN countries. However, chal- lenges have gone side by side, such as laws and regulations related to network marketing being insufficient, low enforcement level of network marketing law staff, the absence of legal consciousness of marketing staff and lack of rule of law talents. Therefore, this paper proposes the countermeasures and advices from four perspectives of the legislation, enforcement and obedience to laws and regulations of network marketing and enhancement of the professionals cultivation. Hopefully, these countermeasures and advices can pro- vide some references to realize the rule of law in network marketing for Guangxi's small and medium-sized enterprises in ASEAN region.
